In the first stage, applications will be screened by a committee based on academic record, professional experience, overall profile and the statement of intent. Shortlisted candidates will then appear before the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC) for a presentation and personal interview. Final appointments will be subject to medical fitness clearance by NABARD-authorised medical officers.
