ICAI CA September 2025 Exam Overview
The CA Foundation exams for the September 2025 session were conducted on September 16, 18, 20, and 22, while the CA Intermediate examinations took place between September 4 and 15. The CA Final exams were held from September 3 to 14, 2025.
ICAI had earlier rescheduled the Intermediate and Final exams for September 24 and 25 in certain centres of Jammu and Punjab following severe rainfall and flood-like conditions. Additionally, examinations in Kathmandu, Nepal, were postponed due to student protests against social media restrictions.
Passing Criteria
According to ICAI’s evaluation norms, candidates must obtain a minimum of 40% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 55% to qualify at the Foundation level. For the Intermediate level, candidates need at least 40% in each paper and an overall aggregate of 50%.
