Role Overview:
The Public Finance & Policy Analysis (PFPA) Division is seeking Young Professionals to support research and analysis in public finance and policy evaluation. The role involves applying cost–benefit analysis, distinguishing between economic and financial analysis, and contributing to evidence-based policymaking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct public finance research and economic analysis.
- Apply cost–benefit analysis to policy proposals and projects.
- Differentiate and apply concepts of economic vs. financial analysis.
- Support the preparation of policy briefs, analytical notes, and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education (Essential):
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject OR professional degree (B.Tech/BE/AMIE/CA/ICWA/LLB/MBBS/PhD).
- Completion of 10th & 12th is mandatory.
- Education (Desirable):
- Degree in Economics or Finance.
- Formal training in Policy Analysis.
- Experience (Essential):
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
