Water is your best friend, drink it often, even if you’re not thirsty. Add natural coolers like lemon water, coconut water, or ORS to boost hydration.
Light-colored, loose cotton clothes help your body breathe. Pair them with sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat to shield yourself from direct sun.
Avoid going out between 12 PM and 4 PM—this is when the sun is at its peak. If you must step out, walk in the shade and keep your head covered.
Heavy, oily food generates more heat in your body. Opt for juicy fruits, salads, and easy-to-digest meals to keep your system cool.
Block sunlight with curtains and use fans strategically. A damp cloth on your forehead or a bowl of ice in front of a fan can do wonders!
Heat-related illnesses can sneak up quickly—watch for dizziness, nausea, or weakness. If you feel off, rest in a cool place and hydrate immediately.
