5 Quick and Easy Eye Exercises for Healthy Eyesight

1. Warm-Up 

Rub your palms together, close your eyes, and place the warm palms over your closed eyes for a minute or two.

2. Eye Rolling 

Slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction for 5-10 repetitions each.

3. Focus Shifting 

Alternate your focus between a distant object and a closer object or your finger held at arm's length, repeating for 10-15 times.

4. Near and Far Focus 

Hold a pen at arm's length, focus on its tip, bring it closer to your face, and then move it back. Repeat 5-10 times.

5. Blinking Exercise  

Blink rapidly for 20 seconds, then close your eyes and relax for a few seconds. Repeat for 5-10 cycles.
