The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is expected to release the results of the NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Undergraduate (UG) Level CBT-1 examination 2025 soon. The exams were conducted in August and September and witnessed a massive turnout of aspirants competing for both UG and graduate-level posts.

This year, RRB had announced a total of 11,558 vacancies—including 3,445 UG-level posts and 8,113 graduate-level posts. According to reports, nearly 59 lakh applications were received for graduate-level positions, making the competition intense.

Posts under RRB NTPC 2025

The UG-level posts include Commercial cum Ticket Clerk (2,022 vacancies), Accounts Clerk cum Typist (361 vacancies), Junior Clerk cum Typist (990 vacancies), and Train Clerk (72 vacancies). Graduate-level positions, on the other hand, include roles such as Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Station Master.

Exam Pattern

The UG exam comprised 100 multiple-choice questions, divided into three sections—General Awareness (40 questions), Mathematics (30 questions), and General Intelligence and Reasoning (30 questions). Candidates were given 90 minutes to complete the test. A negative marking scheme was applied, with one-third mark deducted for every wrong answer.

Answer Key and Objections

The provisional answer key and response sheets were made available on September 15, 2025. Candidates who disagreed with any responses were allowed to raise objections until September 20, 2025, by paying a fee of ₹50 per question plus bank charges.

How to Download RRB NTPC UG 2025 Result

Once released, candidates can access their results online by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website: rrbcdg.gov.in
  2. Click on “NTPC Undergraduate Result 2025” or “NTPC Undergraduate Scorecard 2025.”
  3. Enter your Registration Number, Date of Birth, and Captcha code.
  4. Click on Login to view your result.
  5. Download and save the scorecard for future reference.

The RRB has not yet declared the official result date and time, but candidates are advised to keep checking the official portal regularly for timely updates.
