More than 20 companies are set to release their September quarter (Q2 FY26) earnings on Tuesday, October 14, according to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) results calendar. In total, nearly 200 firms are scheduled to declare their financial results this week, marking a crucial phase in the ongoing earnings season.

Among the key names reporting today are Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), Tech Mahindra, ICICI Lombard General Insurance, Bank of Maharashtra, and Cyient DLM. Investors and analysts are closely watching these announcements for cues on sectoral performance and the broader market outlook.

On Monday, major companies such as HCL Technologies, Anand Rathi, Just Dial, and Landmark Cars unveiled their Q2 numbers. HCL Tech reported a consolidated net profit of ₹4,235 crore for the July–September quarter of FY 2025–26, while also declaring an interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share of ₹2 each. This marks the IT major’s 91st consecutive quarter of dividend payout, reflecting its strong cash generation and consistent shareholder returns.

According to a recent report by brokerage firm Elara Capital, Q2 FY26 is expected to mark the beginning of an earnings upcycle for India Inc. “We expect Q2FY26E PAT for our coverage universe to grow by 12.5% year-on-year — the first double-digit growth in six quarters — led by Cement, Real Estate, Metals & Material, Energy, and Discretionary sectors. Margin expansion and softer input costs point to improving operating leverage, while tax cuts and expected monetary easing enhance visibility for a multi-quarter uptrend,” the report noted.
