The primary market is gearing up for another action-packed week with nine fresh initial public offerings (IPOs) slated to open for subscription, including three from the mainboard segment and seven from the SME space. In addition, eight companies are set to make their stock market debut in the coming week.
Mainboard IPOs
Three notable companies will be launching their public issues simultaneously between September 10 and September 12:
- Shringar House of Mangalsutra IPO: Price band fixed at ₹155–₹165 per share.
- Dev Accelerator IPO: Shares priced in the range of ₹56–₹61.
- Urban Company IPO: Price band set between ₹98–₹103.
SME IPOs
The SME segment will witness a flurry of activity, with seven companies heading to the bourses:
- September 8: Krupalu Metals IPO and Nilachal Carbo Metalicks IPO.
- September 9: Karbonsteel Engineering IPO and Taurian MPS IPO.
- Also lined up for the week are Jay Ambe Supermarkets IPO, Airfloa Rail Technology IPO, and L.T. Elevator IPO.

Alongside new issues, investors will also see several IPO listings in both mainboard and SME categories:
- Mainboard: Amanta Healthcare IPO will be listed on September 9 across BSE and NSE.
- SME Segment:
- September 8: Rachit Prints IPO.
- September 10: Goel Construction IPO and Optivalue Tek Consulting IPO.
- September 12: Austere Systems IPO, Vigor Plast India IPO, and Sharvaya Metals IPO.
